Product Description

PTFE coated fiberglass open mesh conveyor belt is made of glass fiber fabric impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion. The mesh size 1mm*1mm, 2mm*2.5mm, 4mm*4mm and 10mm*10mm, and according to the different warp and weft, there are single weft PTFE open mesh conveyor belt and double weft PTFE open mesh conveyor belt.

This open mesh belt fabric is high strength, chemical resistant, non stick and fire resistant. Its food grade PTFE/Teflon emulsion can contact food directly. So it can be used for food process conveyor belt. Also, based on its heat insulation (-70 to 260℃) and other properties, applications includes shrink packaging machine, dryer conveyor, dyeing and printing dryer, hot tunnel belt, etc.
